q: How do i add a website link on the chat thread?
A:
One other way to add a link on the chat thread is to just use the link codes: It looks like this <link>www.addyourwebsitelinkhere.com</link>. Begin with <link> and end with </link>
- From the team chat thread, click “reply” like you are posting a new message.
- Type whatever message you would like to include before the website link.
- At the top of the box you are typing in, there are three buttons: Spell Check, Add a Link and Emoticon. Click the “Add A Link” button and a new box will come up for you to post the website into.
- It's easiest to copy the link from the website you are on and paste it into this box. Then hit “Add a link” and the click-able link will be added to your message.
- Please note, when you add a link, it will always be added to the end of whatever you have typed. Also, if your link starts with “https”, it means it is a secure link and others will not be able to pull it up. If you are copying and pasting, be sure and remove the “s” from the https.

q: How do i find a past post in the tracking thread?
A:
- We are a chatty group and we realize that sometimes you have a lot to sort through. Thankfully, Spark has a handy way of finding something fast.
- From the page you want to search, hit the control key and the F key on your keyboard at the same time.
- A search box will now come up at the top or the bottom of your screen. In the box, type either your name or your user name and hit “next.”
- If you have a post on that page, it will take you to it (if you use your name, you may have to hit next a few times as the search will find every time your name has been used).
- This is a handy feature for finding your tracking thread as well as finding when you last posted and seeing everything that has happened since.
Q: How do i reply to everyone's posts?
A:
There are a few different things you can do so you can see all of the other posts before your reply post.
1. You can open two internet browser windows. In one window you will reply to the posts and in the other window you can scroll back and see what everyone has posted to reply to them.
2. You can open a word document and post your replies in the word document. Once you have your response ready, you can just copy and paste what you had in the word document.
3. If you have limited internet, you can copy and paste the chat thread posts into one word document and then open another word document and reply to those posts. Once you have your reply ready, you can copy and paste your replies into the chat thread.
